SHIPPING POLICY
Our commitment is to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers. In order to ensure prompt deliveries and client satisfaction, we have partnered with leading third-party logistics aggregator Shiprocket.
Order Processing and Dispatch Timeline:
- All orders undergo processing and dispatch within 24 to 48 hours from order placement.
- Order processing is suspended on Sundays, public holidays, and during geographical and political disturbances.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require additional confirmation via WhatsApp from the provided contact number.
- Pre-order status are not available for immediate shipping. Such products are shipped only after it comes in stock.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping is applicable for all orders exceeding ₹499.
- Shipping charge of ₹49 will be added for orders below ₹500.
- Cash on Delivery is available for orders between ₹200 - ₹4999.
- Cash on Delivery fee ₹59 will be charged for each order.
- Shipping charges are not applicable to orders for xSkills, CubeXprt, and event tickets (only if ordered separately).
NOTE: If your cart has both 'in stock' and 'pre-order' items, please order separately. Delivery follows 'pre-order' timelines; the entire order ships when items are in stock.
