RETURN/REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
We love happy customers. Our Cancellation & 7-day Easy Returns Policy is a basic structure to support you effectively. If you need any further assistance, just reach out and we're happy to help.
Cancellation Policy:
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@cubelelo.com / 8080573573. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped from the warehouse.
- The Gift Card will not be cancelled, user can demand an extension of the expiry date within 3 days of purchase.
NOTE: COD privileges for further orders will be curtailed.
Return/Replacement Policy:
- For cubes and other puzzles raise a return request within 7 days of the delivery.
- For electronic items (smart cubes, timers, etc) raise a return request within 14 days of the delivery.
- Request will be approved for Damaged/Defective products or wrong product delivered.
Return/Replacement Process:
- Initiate Return/Replacement via our Returns Portal.
- Once the Return has been Approved - a Pickup will be Arranged from Your Location.
- Upon receipt of your item, we will thoroughly inspect and run the QC of the Product (s). If QC is approved, a refund/replacement will be initiated.
- In case of QC Failed, the Product will be shipped back to your address at your cost.
NOTE: Ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage and potential return rejection before handing items to the courier.
No replacements/returns are given in case of:
- Not liking the product/ product not as expected/not liking the hand feel.
- Minor scratches in the stickerless cubes.
- Normal tensioning adjustments and popping of cubes.
- Replacement with some other product or variant of the same product.
- Wrong quantity of product ordered.
- Customised apparel (hoodies, t-shirts etc).
Replacement requests are subject to Cubelelo's discretion. Our support team may require specific defect details, including photo or video evidence. Failure to provide these within 24 business hours may result in claim rejection.
NOTE:
1. Replacement will be done with the same product as was ordered.
2. Shipping/COD charges will not be refunded.
In case of goods unavailability or service problems:
- If the item to be sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but in the end, the choice of customer will be final.
- If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product on time, then we give the refund to the customer if the customer demands it.
- A 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the vendor is not able to ship the products.
- For courier products, if the delivery address is outside the service area, then only a 100% refund will be given.
In such special cases where the order is eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refunds through the following channels only:
Pre-paid orders:
- As Cube Coins (reward points) in full.
- To the original payment method (after applicable deductions).
Transaction and shipping charges may be deducted wherever applicable.
COD orders:
- The refund will be given as Cube Coins (reward points) only. No other option will be available.
Note: Refund will be initiated only after the inspection of the returned product at our warehouse.

At xSkills, we are committed to providing our customers with the best online learning experience possible. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for a course you've purchased. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Refund Percentage and Timeframe:
You are eligible to receive a refund of 75% of the course fee. To be eligible for this refund, you must submit your refund request within 48 hours of the purchase and you must not have accessed more than 3 Modules of the course content.

CUBELELO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by CUBELELO for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.
CUBELELO reserves the right to change the replacement policies at any time without any prior notice.
