Order Tracking
Our normal delivery time frame is 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. It may take more than 5 working days depending on the delivery location.
Once the order has been shipped from our end, you will receive a tracking ID on your registered Email ID and Phone No.
You can also login to your Cubelelo account and check tracking ID as well as order status of all your orders.
There is no delivery charge if the order value is more than Rs.499/- if the order value is less than Rs.500/- then there is an extra charge of Rs.49/-.
For Cod orders, you need to pay Rs. 59 irrespective of order value.
If the consignee is not available, the order will be labeled as "Undelivered" for the day and delivery will be attempted the following day
Payment Policy
We offer payment options through UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking. Cash on delivery is also an available option.
We have partnered with trusted payment gateway providers like GoKwik & Razorpay to provide you state-of-art secure payment options.
Cancellations and Modifications
Items marked as 'Preorder' are anticipated to be available shortly. You can reserve in advance to secure the item on a first-come, first-served basis.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team via email, phone call, or WhatsApp. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped from the warehouse.
The refund process will start promptly, and you can anticipate receiving the refund within 3-5 business days in your source account.
Returns and Replacements
We provide replacements within 7 days of delivery of the products. We advise you to go through our replacement policy here for more details.
No, we always suggest our customers to lube and tension the cube as some cubes are not pre-lubed and it could be rough during initial solves. If the cube has some genuine defects or faults, then only we provide replacements.
After raising a return request, you will be asked to share photographic evidence to understand the issue with the product. Then the team will take actions accordingly and inform you about the timeline. Replacements/returns are generally processed within 24-48 business hours after the claim is approved.
No, Popping and lockups are common in every cube which can only be resolved by proper tensioning and lubing the cube.
Products are normally picked up within 24-48 business hours after approval of the claim.
